Plan the dig before the machines roll. Book inspections early. Capture evidence as you go. Hand over without a scramble.

About

Our approach

Plan → Verify → Dig → Prove → Hand over.

Crew laying pavement as part of a sequenced civil package

Our method is deliberate and a little unfashionable: think before we dig, put hold points in the calendar, and file proof while the trench is still open. That is how metro and FIFO packages stay calm when weather and traffic try to rewrite the week. Navigation and discipline in plain terms: plan, dig, prove, hand over.

How a package runs

01

Project before plant

Every package starts with a clear sequence. Access, stockpiles, haul routes, service information, permits, hold points and inspection requirements are considered before plant moves in. Good planning reduces rework, delays and unnecessary movement on site.

02

Verify before we dig

Drawings, levels, services and site conditions are checked before excavation starts. Critical assets are located and physically proven where required, and any discrepancies are resolved early. We do not rely on assumptions underground.

03

Prove while the work is open

Quality records are captured as the work progresses, while everything is still visible and verifiable. Photos, test results, compaction records, survey data and as-builts are completed progressively so there is a clear record of what was installed and how it was delivered.

04

Handover without theatre

Handover starts long before the final day. Defects, documentation, testing and inspections are closed out progressively so that by the time practical completion is requested, the works are already substantially complete, verified and ready for the client.

What you should see on site

  • A sequence that accounts for weather, haul and inspections
  • Hold points booked with engineers and authorities early
  • Photos, tests and survey captured while work is live
  • A handover pack that does not need rewriting at practical completion
